Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tozando International, we stand by the quality of our martial arts equipment and offer a hassle-free return process for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made products, including personalized embroidery or custom-sized bogu, are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our logistics center in Japan using a trackable shipping service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
