The Koban or "oval-grip" shinai allows you to feel the angle of your shinai with each swing. Preferred by many kendo-ka, the koban is excellent for daily use in keiko, shiai, shinsa, and suburi. Available in a single or a set of 2 or 3, this is a great way to try out the koban-style shinai for the first time or restock on shinai for the coming months.
